1. Agreement and Eligibility
This Membership Agreement is between you and Velora AI and supplements the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the Google Play Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to authorize purchases through your Google Play account.
2. Velora AI Plus Benefits
While your membership is active, Velora AI Plus provides:
- Ad-free access to the daily check-in reward flow.
- Ad-free access to eligible prize wheel spins.
- The full coin reward available for those eligible activities.
- A crown and wand membership identity within the app.
- The number of included coins stated for your selected plan after each successful subscription or renewal.
Membership does not remove the coin cost of text messages, image messages, or premium character backgrounds. It does not increase the daily check-in frequency or the prize wheel's daily limit.
3. Subscription Plans
Velora AI Plus may be offered as weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly access. The exact price, local currency, taxes, billing period, and any introductory offer are displayed by Google Play before you confirm a purchase. Benefits are materially consistent across plans; the membership period and included coin amount differ.
4. Billing and Payment
Payment is charged to your Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed. Google Play processes the transaction and controls payment methods, receipts, tax handling, and transaction records. Velora AI does not collect or store your payment card or bank details.
5. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews for the same billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Google Play account may be charged within 24 hours before renewal. Renewal pricing is shown through Google Play's subscription interface and may change as described below.
6. How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time through your Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally end the membership immediately. Benefits remain available until the end of the already paid period.
7. Renewal and Membership Time
After a successful renewal, the applicable membership period is added to your active entitlement. If the app displays stacked membership time, that display reflects the locally recognized entitlement period. A failed, reversed, or canceled transaction does not add a new paid period.
8. Included Coins
Included coins are credited after the app recognizes a successful initial subscription or renewal. Coins are virtual items for eligible in-app uses only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed outside Velora AI. Included coins remain subject to the coin terms in the Terms of Use.
9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If Google Play displays a free trial, discounted period, or promotional offer, its eligibility, length, and price will be shown before confirmation. Unless canceled within the period stated by Google Play, a promotional subscription may convert to a paid renewing subscription. Offers may be limited to eligible users and may not be combined.
10. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change. Google Play will provide notice or request consent when required. A new price applies only as permitted by Google Play rules and applicable law. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
11. Refunds
Google Play handles billing and refund requests. Except where required by law or Google Play policies, subscription charges are non-refundable and no partial-period refund or credit is provided. To request a refund, use Google Play purchase support.
12. Benefit Availability
We may update the presentation or operation of membership features while preserving the core value of the active plan. Temporary service interruptions do not automatically extend the subscription unless required by law. If a material change is required, we will provide reasonable notice where applicable.
13. Device Changes and Restoration
Subscription recognition may depend on the Google Play account used for purchase and Google Play restore mechanisms. Locally stored coin and entitlement displays may be affected if you reset app data, replace your Android device, or delete the app. You are responsible for using the correct Google Play account and maintaining access to it.
14. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect membership, legal, or store policy changes. The updated version will show a revised effective date. Changes do not override rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
