1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Velora AI, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Google Play Terms of Service, and, if you subscribe, the Membership Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Velora AI. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. The Velora AI Service
Velora AI provides access to AI characters for general conversation, idea exploration, planning, writing support, and creative activities. Features may include text and image messages, conversation history, character backgrounds, daily rewards, a prize wheel, coins, and membership benefits.
4. AI-Generated Content
Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use Velora AI only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not use the app to create or distribute illegal content, exploit or harm others, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with the service, bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer protected components, or attempt unauthorized access.
6. Coins and Virtual Items
Coins are virtual items used within Velora AI for eligible features such as text messages, image messages, and character backgrounds. Coins have no cash value, are not currency, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed outside the app. Coin purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play billing and refund rules.
7. Subscriptions
Velora AI offers recurring membership plans. Benefits, included coins, billing periods, automatic renewal, cancellation, and other subscription terms are described in the Membership Agreement. Subscription management is available through your Google Play account settings.
8. Purchases, Pricing, and Refunds
Prices are displayed in the Google Play purchase interface and may vary by region, tax, or currency. Google Play processes all payments. Except where required by law or Google Play policies, purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play.
9. Intellectual Property
Velora AI, its design, characters, text, artwork, branding, and app content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms provide a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the app in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.
10. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the app, every AI response, or every feature will be available without interruption or error.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or preserve service integrity. You may stop using Velora AI at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Google Play.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the app, law, or business practices. The updated version will show a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
