2. Information Used by the App
Velora AI uses only the following information:
- User ID: a locally generated identifier used to distinguish your app installation.
- Coin information: your local coin balance and related in-app coin activity.
- Subscription information: your local membership status and entitlement period.
These items are stored locally on your Android device and are used only to provide the corresponding app experience.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal profile details, names, postal addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, audio, advertising identifiers, device analytics, browsing history, health information, financial account details, or payment card information. We do not operate analytics or advertising profiles based on your use of Velora AI.
4. Local Storage and Use
Your user ID, coin information, and subscription information remain on your Android device. They are used to display your local app identity, maintain your coin balance, and show membership access. We do not transmit these items to our servers, sell them, rent them, or share them for advertising.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Velora AI offers subscriptions and coin purchases through Google Play's in-app purchase system. Google Play processes the transaction under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive or store your payment card number or banking credentials. The app may use the purchase result provided by Google Play to activate the corresponding entitlement locally on your device.
6. AI Conversations and Device Permissions
Velora AI does not use conversation content, selected images, microphone input, camera content, or other device content as collected profile information. If a device permission is presented, you may choose whether to grant it and may change that choice in your device settings.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
The limited app information described above remains on your Android device until it is removed through the app's reset function, by deleting the app, or through device-level storage controls. Because we do not keep a server copy, we cannot recover locally deleted information.
8. Age Requirement
Velora AI is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has used the app, contact us so we can provide appropriate guidance.
9. Security
We use reasonable design safeguards for locally stored app information. No device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Android device, passcode, and Google Play account.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
